RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as their advocate within the company
- Onboard new customers and provide training and support throughout their lifecycle
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify and address issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Drive customer retention and growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with customer success metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Health Score (CHS)
