RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as their advocate within the company
  • Onboard new customers and provide training and support throughout their lifecycle
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify and address issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Drive customer retention and growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Health Score (CHS)
